We are a multi-award winning restaurant looking for an experienced and confident restaurant and bar manager to lead our front of house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Run the day to day operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high quality guest experience.
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships and orders to maintain quality whilst controlling costs.
- Use KPIs, sales data and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improving performance.
- Collaborate closely with senior management on new initiatives, experiences, offers and events.
- Manage rota planning.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on all weddings and events related function sheet planning and coordination,
- Staff management: Hiring, training, and scheduling employees while fostering a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Safety: ensuring adherence to health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a restaurant and bar manager in a similar role.
- String leadership skills, with ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- A lead by example, demonstrating a hands on approach.
- Sommelier or mixology experience.
- Strong IT skills to manage reservation system.
- Licensing Qualifications: an accredited licensing qualifications to sell alcohol.
- Customer Service Excellent: handling guest interactions and ensuing a great experience.
