We’re a multi-award-winning restaurant looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in building a motivated, high-performing team.
What you’ll do:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service every time.
- Manage stock, suppliers, and ordering to maintain quality while controlling costs.
- Use KPIs, sales data, and guest feedback to drive performance and improvements.
- Work closely with senior management on new ideas, events, and guest experiences.
- Collaborating with hospitality venues and events across the Petworth Places group.
